EDGE8 believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Customer can ask for refund the order within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
- We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by the Customer Service Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at edgeight.official@gmail.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Service Team.
- Once confirmed by our customer service team, we will approve the refund within 7 days of receiving the request.
- Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
- As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge applicable as per the shipping carrier.
- If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the EDGE8, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer and the amount will be credited back into customer’s original payment method.
